This company was able to help our family during a very difficult time. My wife and I live out of the state but it didn't matter because Becca and her amazing team came in and took care of everything. They charged a fair price, were very honest, and they were there whenever we needed them. The team did an amazing job cleaning up the condo. Amazingly, they were also helpful in finding people to do repairs on our property which facilitated us to be able to sell it in record time. My wife and I feel we owe so much to Bio-One Cherokee staff and the owners. They took all of the stress and worry from us and helped us get through a really tough time.

This week my mother contacted Bio-One Cherokee County, Woodstock, GA. Michele & Becca were so very helpful and compassionate with a painful situation. From our first contact with Becca, she made us feel so comfortable and we knew that everything would be fine. They are professional, prompt, and do an excellent job!!!!! They are knowledgeable about the services they provide. They explain how their process works and are very communicative with their clients. They care about their customers and show kindness. I would highly recommend Bio-One Cherokee County.

We could not be more pleased with Bio-One. They were responsive and professional. Also, even after they had been fully paid, they followed up with a small remaining clean up. Lastly, they were easy to work with and always looked for ways to say yes.

Extremely thorough and Frank had such a pleasant personality. They came within a couple of hours of calling them, which was fantastic. My elderly, dementia-ridden grandmother had a floor to ceiling bathroom incident, and after Frank was done, I felt like it was a brand new bathroom. They are expensive, so if your issue isn’t handled by insurance, I would suggest trying to get an estimate before you start your project. Mine ended up being higher than I thought. But at the end of the day, they are doing work that no regular person is equipped to do, and you get what you pay for. Thank goodness companies like this exist to handle some of the worst and/or most disgusting situations we may find ourselves faced with.

We have engaged Bio-One on two separate occasions now, and both times we have been very satisfied. Becca, Michele, and Clinton were all very friendly, professional, and discrete. The before and after from the cleaning was absolutely AMAZING, and they went above and beyond in terms of care and friendliness. They were able to work with us both times to help us find the best combination of services for our needs. I would highly recommend Bio-One Cherokee County, especially working with Becca, Michele, and Clinton, for any cleaning needs you might have.
