We could not be more pleased with Bio-One. They were responsive and professional. Also, even after they had been fully paid, they followed up with a small remaining clean up. Lastly, they were easy to work with and always looked for ways to say yes.

This week my mother contacted Bio-One Cherokee County, Woodstock, GA. Michele & Becca were so very helpful and compassionate with a painful situation. From our first contact with Becca, she made us feel so comfortable and we knew that everything would be fine. They are professional, prompt, and do an excellent job!!!!! They are knowledgeable about the services they provide. They explain how their process works and are very communicative with their clients. They care about their customers and show kindness. I would highly recommend Bio-One Cherokee County.

I had a positive experience with this company a few days ago cleaning my air ducts. Frank called to let me know his ETA and showed up on time. He explained everything that was going to be done and what to expect. When all was done, I was pleasantly surprised by the aroma. They not only clean, they sanitize!!

Bio-One came in to clean from top to bottom so that we could stay open for our staff to keep working during the CoVid-19 pandemic. They were thorough and gave us such peace of mind that we were walking into a safe and germ free space when they were done. Thanks Bio-One for being there for us! Highly recommend for anyone needing a deep bio-cleaning
