"I was caught off guard by a family member’s illness… Bio-One were on the scene with-in an hour of calling them. Frank is true a gentleman. Upon his arrival, he knew I was a bit shaken up…. he picked up the pieces and went to work. I have some hard decisions to make moving forward- and Bio-One got me through the first step. I would Highly recommend this company to anyone who needs the services they provide."

This company was able to help our family during a very difficult time. My wife and I live out of the state but it didn't matter because Becca and her amazing team came in and took care of everything. They charged a fair price, were very honest, and they were there whenever we needed them. The team did an amazing job cleaning up the condo. Amazingly, they were also helpful in finding people to do repairs on our property which facilitated us to be able to sell it in record time. My wife and I feel we owe so much to Bio-One Cherokee staff and the owners. They took all of the stress and worry from us and helped us get through a really tough time.

I highly recommend Bio-One for duct cleaning! Great to work with and very reasonable prices! Their employees are friendly and very helpful :-)

Extremely thorough and Frank had such a pleasant personality. They came within a couple of hours of calling them, which was fantastic. My elderly, dementia-ridden grandmother had a floor to ceiling bathroom incident, and after Frank was done, I felt like it was a brand new bathroom. They are expensive, so if your issue isn’t handled by insurance, I would suggest trying to get an estimate before you start your project. Mine ended up being higher than I thought. But at the end of the day, they are doing work that no regular person is equipped to do, and you get what you pay for. Thank goodness companies like this exist to handle some of the worst and/or most disgusting situations we may find ourselves faced with.

David and Frank did an excellent job, they arrived early and were very professional. They were extremely thorough when cleaning my ducts and air handler after a rodent problem and left no stone unturned. Now I can have peace of mind that I am living in a sanitary environment, and I would recommend Bio-One to anybody who is in need of their services.

I called Bio-One when I had a tenant who had cats and the smell did not leave with the tenant. Bio-One responded quickly and were very professional. They were the only company that actually got rid of the smell.

We have engaged Bio-One on two separate occasions now, and both times we have been very satisfied. Becca, Michele, and Clinton were all very friendly, professional, and discrete. The before and after from the cleaning was absolutely AMAZING, and they went above and beyond in terms of care and friendliness. They were able to work with us both times to help us find the best combination of services for our needs. I would highly recommend Bio-One Cherokee County, especially working with Becca, Michele, and Clinton, for any cleaning needs you might have.

We had a rental house that was left in horrible condition. Garbage piled almost to the ceiling. We had no idea where to even begin clean up or what health dangers there would be. We hired Bio-One and they sent a team out right away. They kept us updated and informed during the entire clean up. The price was very reasonable for the condition the house was in and they were quick and efficient during the work. When they were done you would never have known what a mess it was previously. Would have taken us much longer and we probable would not have done nearly as good a job. Thanks Bio-One team for all your help! I hope we never have to again but at least we know who to call now! Would highly recommend!!

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    What is Hoarding?
Hoarding is a behavioral pattern characterized by the excessive acquisition of and inability to discard large quantities of objects that cover the living areas of a home and cause significant distress or impairment.

Compulsive hoarding behavior has been associated with health risks, economic burdens, and adverse effects on personal relationships. When clinically significant enough to impair functioning, hoarding can prevent typical uses of space so as to limit basic daily activities like moving through the home, eating, and sleeping. It can also put people at risk due to increased risks of injury, fire, and disease.
Why Hire Bio-One of Cherokee County To Cleanup Your Hoarding Residence?
Bio-One of Cherokee County prioritize concern for the well being of our customers and their families, always following our slogan, “Help First, Business Second.” Bio-One of Cherokee County soundly reject the business-first mindset of other companies who see people and their families asking for help as vulnerable and exploit the economic opportunity. Our primary goal is to help people improve their lives and begin the process of moving forward.
What Makes Bio-One of Cherokee County Different From Other Hoarding Cleanup Companies?
Bio-One of Cherokee County sets itself apart from other hoarding cleanup companies in four distinct ways:

Bio-One of Cherokee County come to give on-site estimates, never blind, inflated estimates over the phone. This allows us to give an accurate estimate and scope of work.

Bio-One of Cherokee County do not give bait & switch quotes. Unlike other companies that lowball their estimates and then ratchet the price up as the job progresses, our experience and expertise allows us to give accurate estimates that reflect what the job will cost.

Bio-One of Cherokee County are truly a local company, the owners and employees all call the Cherokee County area home, too. Other companies take your call from outside our community, and then subcontract your job out to some workers who are neither hoarding specialists nor trained professionals. Many times the contracting company does not even know the subs they have hired.

Bio-One of Cherokee County respond to a hoarding cleanup request immediately because we are locally based. We're not heading into the area, we're already here.
Does Bio-One of Cherokee County Share Information About Or Notify Any Other Entity Regarding A Hoarding Matter?
Bio-One of Cherokee County goes to great lengths to ensure your privacy and our discretion. For starters, we use unmarked vehicles and we don’t suit up outside whenever possible. We’re also good at gently, but firmly, shooing away nosy neighbors and we don’t answer their probing questions.
Does Bio-One of Cherokee County Offer Any Maintenance Or Follow Up Service After The Initial Hoarding Cleanup?
Yes. Bio-One of Cherokee County offers a regularly-scheduled maintenance program where Bio-One of Cherokee County return to the residence or property after the initial cleanup and perform follow up services to ensure that it remains in the state it was when we completed the job.
Do I Have To Get A Maid Service After You Are Done To Clean The Property?
Yes. While the original hoarding cleanup will result in the removal of all necessary/requested items, the hoarding residence will still be in need of a thorough and detailed cleaning, due to the effects caused by the original hoarding situation. Bio-One of Cherokee County offers a detailed cleaning program to anyone who's interested.
